FinCore Advisory provides accounting advisory, cloud software customization, payroll operations, and tax submission support for small and medium enterprises. The deliverables, rates, and detailed terms for any engagement are defined in a separate signed Service Agreement.
Clients are solely responsible for the authenticity, correctness, and completeness of all invoices, banking files, employee information, and tax documents provided to FinCore Advisory. We compile files based on information provided and cannot be held liable for IRD penalties resulting from incorrect client submissions.
Our consultancy carries out all procedures with utmost professional diligence. Any liability on our part is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific service from which the dispute arose, as outlined in detail in the signed engagement contract.
All original code, graphics, calculations, and content on this website are the property of FinCore Advisory. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any of these materials without our explicit prior written consent.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
